Ingredients
- 8 to 10 ribs standing roast
- Salt (1tsp per lb)
- Paprika
- flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 550 degrees.
- Mix salt and paprika and rub mixture into entire surface fo roast.
- Then dredge the roast well with flour and place on rack in a roasting
- pan in oven. Roast uncovered at 550 degrees for 25 minutes; reduce
- heat to 350 degrees and continue roasting. Allow 15 minutes per
- pound for rare, 20 minutes for medium, and 30 for well done.
