Simmered Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lbs boneless chicken breast cut
- into 1" cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2"
- cubes (4 cups)
- 1 med red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jar (27 o.z.) Ragu old World
- Style pasta sauce
- 1 lbs frehs or ffrozen cut green
- beans
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt
- Peper
Directions
- In a 12" skillet, saute chicken and garlic in olive oil until chicken
- is lightly browned. Add potatoes and peppers; continue to cook about
- 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sauce, basil, green beans,
- salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and
- simmer for 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughtly cooked and
- potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally, cooking time 40 minutes.
- Serves 6.
