HOT CHICKEN DISH
Ingredients
- 1-7 O.Z. BX CROUTONS
- 2 POUNDS CHICKEN; SINNED, BONNED,
- CUT INTO CHUNKS
- 1 ONION, CHOPPED
- 3 STALKS CELERY, CHOPPED
- 1 SMALL GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP MARGARINE
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
- 1 CAN OF WATER
- ALUMINUM FOIL
Directions
- SAUTE ONION, CELERY, AND GREEN PEPPER IN THE MARGARINE. ADD THE
- SOUPS AND WATER TO PAN; STIR. HEAT UNTIL HOT. IN A GREASED 9X13 INCH
- PAN, ARRANGE CHICKEN CHUNKS. THEN POUR OVER THE CROUTONS, THE
- MIXTURE OF SAUTED INGREDIENTS AND SOUPS. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE IN
- 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 HOUR. REMOVE FOIL; BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 30
- MINUTES.
