Ingredients
- 1 CAN HOMINY, DRAINED
- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- 1-3/4 CUPS CHANNED TOMATOES
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 1 CUP GRATED CHEESE
Directions
- BROWN BEEF, SALT, ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPER. ADD TOMATOES AND HOMINY.
- POUR INTO BUTTERED CASSEROLE AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES.
- REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPRINKLE CHEESE ON TOP. RETURN TO OVEN AND BAKE
- 15 MINUTES.
