Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin or top round
- steak 3/4" thick
- 2 med green or red peppers cut
- into strips
- 1 med onion cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can Franco American Beef Gravy
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
Directions
- 1. Slice beef into very thin strips
- 2. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp oil. Brown beef in
- two batches. Remove
- 3. Add 1 Tbsp oil, Add peppers, onion and garlic powder and cook
- over medium heat util tender crisp.
- 4. Add gravy and worcestershire sauce. Return beef to pan, heat,
- serve over rice.
- Serves 4.
