HAM AND RICE CASSEROLE
Ingredients
- 2 CUPS SAM HAM, CUT IN SML SQUA
- 3 CUPS COOKED RICE OR 2 C UNCOOKE
- 1 CUP PEAS, DRAINED
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 TSP MUSTARD
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 1 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 CAN CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP UNDILUT
- 1/4 CUP MILK
Directions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. GREASE A 3 QUART CASSEROLE. COMBINE
- HAM, RICE, PEAS, SALT, MUSTARD, PEPPER, 1/2 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE,
- CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP AND MILK, TURN INTO CASSEROLE. TOP WITH
- REMAINING 1/2 CUP CHEESE. BAKE 30 MINUTES, UNTIL BUBBLY. IF CHILLED
- BEFORE BAKING, BAKE 1 HOUR.
