Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef cut into 1/4" cubes
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Sliced Celery
- 2 Small Onions, Sliced and
- separated into rings
- 2 (8 o.z.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 Cup water
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 (8 oz.) package wide egg noodl
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped parsley
Directions
- Cook Beef in oil in a large skillet until browned. Add celery and
- onion; cook until crisp-tender. Add tomato sauce, water, sugar,
- paprika, and salt; cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Spoon meat
- sauce over noodles, and sprinkle with parsley. Yield 6 servings.
