Ingredients
- 6 o.z. uncooked Wide noodles
- 1 Tbs + 1 Tsp margarine
- 1 Tbs + 1-1/2 Tsp Flour
- 2 Cups Skim milk
- 1 Tbs Grated parmesan cheese
- 8 o.z. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbs chopped Green chilies
- 1 Tbs Dijon style mustard
- 1 Tbs + 1-1/2 Tsp Bread crumbs
Directions
- In large pot boiling water, cook noodles 8 to 10 minutes, until
- tender; drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 qt casserole
- with non stick cooking spray; set aside
- in medium sauce pan, melt margarine over medium high heat; sprinkle
- with flour. Cook, wisking quickly and constantly for 2 minutes.
- Wisk in milk and cheese; cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes,
- until thicken. Remove from heat. Add noodles, chicken, onion,
- chilies, and the mustard to sauce pan; Toss to mix well. Spoon
- mixture into prepared casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 20
- to 25 minutes, until browned and bubbly.
