Ingredients
- 1 (3.5 o.z.) Can flaked Tuna
- 1 Cup Cut up Celery (1/2" pcs)
- 1 TBS Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
- 2-3 Cut up Hard Cooked Eggs
Directions
- Toss Tuna, celery, lemon juice, salt and pepper together. Mix in
- Mayonaise. Carefully fold in eggs. Chill thoroughly in the fridge.
- Serve on lettuce; Garnish with olives or little sweet pickles and
- parsley.
