Ingredients
- 2 lb round or flank steak
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons fat
- 1 Cup hot water, or tomato juice
- 1 Onion Sliced
Directions
- Pound flour and seasonings into steak with steak hammer or edge of
- heavy plate.
- Melt fat in skillet.
- Brown meat on both sides over medium heat.
- Add water or tomato juice and onion.
- Cover and place in electric oven to cook at 350 degrees for 1
- hour.
