Ingredients
- 3 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 celery stalk, chopped fine
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 2 T. parsley
- 1/3 lb butter
- 1 1/2 c. chablis wine
Directions
- Cut chicken breasts into strips. Place butter in skillet with
- celery and onions, and simmer until soft. Add parsley to taste.
- Add wine and simmer, add chicken strips to mixture. Simmer all
- until chicken is tender.
