Chicken Divan

Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breast, boned
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary leave
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (10 o.z.) packages frozen
- chopped brocoli
- 2 (10 1/4 o.z.) cans cream of
- chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Paprika
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1/4 inch cubes. Combine chicken, water, rosemary,
- salt, and peppper in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with clear
- plastic wrap; microwave at MEDIUM HIGH for 5 to 7 minute or until
- done. Drain chicken, reserving 1/4 cup broth; set aside.
- Pierce brocoli packages with a fork; place packages in a flat baking
- dish. micrawave at HIGH for 7 to 9 minutes or until done,
- rearranging packages once. Drain brocoli.
- Combine soup, wine, Swiss cheese, and reserved broth, mixing well.
- Place chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; pour half of soup
- mixture over chicken. Top with brocoli. Pur remaining soup mixture
- over brocoli. Cover with waxed paper; microwave at MEDIUM for 9 to
- 11 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- and paprika. Cover and micrawave at MEDIUM for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2
- minutes.
- Yeld: 6 to 8 servings.
