Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 pkg Mixed Vegetables
- 2 Cups Tomato Juice
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Cups Cubed potatoes
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
Directions
- Brown beef in a 3 quart saucepan, stirring to crumble; drain off
- drippings, Return beef to saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; bring
- to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until
- potatoes are tender. Yield 4 servings.
