Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 3 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 3 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 Cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 Cup buttery craker crumbs
- 1/2 cup packaged shredded red
- cabbage
Directions
- In 2 qt casserole, stir undiluted soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion,
- well blended. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Sprinkle top with
- cracker crumbs. Bake in preheated 400 degrees oven for 20 minutes
- oru ntil lightly browned and center is firm.
- mixture can all be made one day ahead.
