Grilled Fillet Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 Gorton's Garlic Butter Grilled
- Fillets
- 1 C Chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 bag (16 o.z.) Frozen Vegetable
- Mixture
- Cooked Rice
Directions
- Cook Gorton's Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets according to package
- directions.
- Meanwhile, in 12 in skillet, bring broth, vinegar, cornstarch and
- pepper to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling, stirring
- frequently, 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in vegetables
- and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring
- occasionally; 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. To serve,
- place vegetables mixture oaver hot rice and top with grilled Fillets.
- Makes 2 to 3 servings.
