Pizza Stuffed Crust
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf (16 oz) bread dough
- 6 sticks string cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 C. Double shredded cheese
- 20 slices peperoni
- 1/4 C chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 C mushrooms
- 2 TBS parmesan shredded cheese
Directions
- 1. Roll dough to 13" circle on lightly floured surface. Place on
- greased 12 " pizza pan, allowing 1 " dough to hang over rim of pan.
- Arrange cheese sticks on dough, next to the inside edge of rim of
- pan. Bring overhanging dough up and over cheese sticks, totally
- enclosing cheese sticks in dough. Pinch edge of dough to seal. Bake
- in preheated 425 degrees oven for 7 minutes.
- 2. Spread sauce over dough; sprinkle with 1 cup pizza double
- cheese. Arrange pepperoni over cheese; sprinkle with bell pepper and
- mushrooms. Top with remaining 1/2 cup pizza double cheese and
- parmesan cheese.
- 3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
