Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pkg angel hair pasta
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced carrots drain
- 1 jr (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken
- 1 pkg (10 oz) chicken breast
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta acording to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet melt butter over high heat. Add
- carrots, mushrooms and garlic. Cook until garlic browns slightly,
- about 1 minute. Stir in soup, chicken and milk; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook until heated through, about 1 minute. In
- a serving bowl toss with reserved pasta.
