Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients
- 1 pkg linguine or spaghetti 8 o.z
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli
- flouretes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 lb boneless chicken breasts,
- cubbed
- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cook linguine/spaghetti according to package directions. Add
- broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain.
- Heat buter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring
- often.
- Add soup, milk, chesse, pepper and linguine/spaghetti mixture and
- heat through. Serve with additional parmesan cheese. Serves 8.
