Chicken and Salsa Wraps
Ingredients
- 8 Burrito size 10" tortillas
- 1 pkg (1 o.z.) taco seasoning
- 2 med tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can (2.25 o.z.) Sliced olives
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 tbsp diced green chiles canned
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breats thinly sliced
Directions
- Combine tomatoes, olives, chiles, green onions and cilantro; set
- aside. Cook chicken for two minutes in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons water and chicken taco
- spices; combine well. Continue to cook until chicken is cooked
- through. Add tomato mixture to skillet and heat 1 to 21 minutes,
- until kheated through, stirring occasionally, Place 1/2 cup filling
- on each tortilla; roll up. To serve cut in half on the diagonal.
