Ingredients
- Saute 5 Minutes:
- 1/2 Stick margarine
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 2-3 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- Add the following and simmer 15 M
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (16 oz)
- 2 cans chicken broth (16 oz)
- 1 C. water
- 1 can minced/diced clams (12 oz)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Thyme
- 2-3 diced potatoes
- Finally, add 1 can tomato soup
- and stir
